Collecting and processing of personal information

This service strives to receive only the minimum information necessary to use the service.

Basically, information corresponding to the personal information collected by this service includes an e-mail address and name. When entering personal information, this service asks you to enter a nickname instead of a real name considering security.

The password entered to use this service is encrypted and treated as an unreadable string. Even system officials cannot verify the password, and even if login data is disclosed, the entered password is handled so that it is not exposed.

About the right to be deleted

This service respects and values the user's right to delete their information. Therefore, all data of this service is processed so that it cannot be restored by actually deleting it on the system.

When withdrawing from this service, member information is processed in a non-recoverable method that overwrites meaningless data rather than a data deletion method that may be restored, and the data used by the user is processed so that it cannot be used immediately. Therefore, they are deleted sequentially in the range that does not affect the system.
